Job Description
  • Develop accurate demand forecasts and manage production planning based on seasonal trends and stock levels
  • Procure raw materials and packaging, ensuring timely availability for manufacturing cycles
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee stocktakes and reconciliations across multiple warehouses
  • Process finished goods orders and coordinate transport bookings with freight providers
  • Manage purchase orders, production cost reconciliations, and pallet/equipment hire
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and high service levels

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be an experienced supply chain or demand planning professional with a background in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing environments. They'll bring strong analytical and forecasting skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of inventory management, procurement, and production planning processes.

They'll be confident working across cross-functional teams, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a role that blends strategic thinking with operational execution. Attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to seasonal and market-driven changes are essential.

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is expected, along with a proactive mindset and a continuous improvement focus.
