Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 a year

Buildoz Group is based in Victoria. With 25 years of carpentry and steel installation experience in the domestic and medium density housing industries, they offer services to a wide range of builders, owner builders and the general public. They are currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Carpenter to join their team.

• Assemble and install high end joinery.
• Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully understand requirements.
• Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
• Measure and install furniture such as cabinets, shelves and more.
• Effectively use a large range of hand and power tools, and ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
• Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
• Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
• Check the accuracy of work with the use of levels and surveying equipment.
• Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.

• Relevant trade qualification
• At least 2 years work experience
• Have a strong adherence OH&S and in keeping as safe workplace.
• Willing to follow detail instructions to and quick Learner.
• Be able to perform the physical requirements of the role.
