Accounts Administration Officer

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Administration Officer to join our client in Windsor. This temporary full-time, office-based role is Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, potential for Permanent Placement After 3 Months.

You will support financial operations, assist with general office duties, and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Invoicing & Management: Process monthly invoicing (including CPI adjustments), manage budgets, and upload invoices to client portals.
  • Accounts Receivable: Process payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Reconciliations & Reporting: Perform daily bank and balance sheet reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and prepare financial reports.
  • Office Administration: Assist with answering incoming calls, general office tasks, and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Stakeholder Support: Respond to client queries, liaise with managers, and provide financial insights.
The Candidate
  • Certificate III in Accounting (or higher) with 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Experience in contract invoicing and CPI calculations is a plus.
