About Our Client

A reputable Australian Land Development business, our client has multiple office presences across WA and due to company growth, is now seeking to strengthen its Project/Financial Accounting function with this new hire.

Job Description

Reporting into the Company Director, this role will play an integral role executing the company's financial vision. Key duties will include:

Responsible for external reporting
Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
Perform analysis and provide insights on projects
Cost accounting and analysis
Month end close
Ad hoc project accounting tasks

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a background working in an accounting capacity in either Land Development, Property or Construction. Key traits will also include:

CA/CPA Qualified
Ability to meet competing deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder relations skills
Industry knowledge and exposure to accounting for land development/sub divisions
