Job Description:
AI Talent is looking for a skilled and service-focused ICT Support Engineer to strengthen our internal IT capabilities. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting end-users, maintaining system reliability, and resolving technical issues across a variety of platforms.
Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects and improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and internal compliance policies
Stay informed about emerging IT trends and advancements in technology
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and customers across a range of ICT systems, hardware, and software
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks in a timely and efficient manner
Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking devices
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ICT support or a similar technical role
Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues
Familiarity with both Windows and macOS environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guides, and knowledge base articlesAssist with the planning and implementation of IT projects and improvement initiatives

Collaborate with various teams to support and maintain the organisation’s ICT infrastructure and services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in ICT support or a similar technical role
Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues
Familiarity with both Windows and macOS environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical thinking and a methodical approach to problem-solving
