Junior ICT Support Engineer
Looking to get started in the industry. No previous experience required.
We are a small energetic company that strives for excellence. Supportedge supports approximately 120 clients with a combined total of over 600 staff and maintains 2200 plus servers, workstations and assets.
Initially this role involves tasks like transporting equipment to clients, ordering stock, answering phone calls, logging tickets and maintaining a clean/safe work environment. This is a learning position, and you will be provided opportunities to work on, and develop skills in medium to advanced technologies with the goal of advancing your career through both our organisation and the industry.
Supportedge's office is located on the Lower North Shore in Sydney. We pride ourselves on providing IT solutions that others cannot. Our clients come first and we spend a lot of time onsite face to face with them. We enjoy the challenge of fixing problems that other IT firms avoid and are looking for a new team member that thrives in this environment.
Our purpose-built office houses a computer lab and server racks from which we deliver cloud services to our clients. In this role you will also get the opportunity to work with other cloud platforms like Office 365 and Google Workplaces, plus our client monitoring systems.
