Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic HR Business Partner to join Logicalis Australia, reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

If you’re passionate about people, culture, and driving business results, this is the role for you!

As our HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering our People agenda. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with the Australian Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute people strategies that align with our business objectives. You will coach managers on leadership, talent development, and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and implement employee experience programs that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Champion our Responsible Business and DEI initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
  • Talent Management: Drive talent attraction and development strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Lead succession planning and career development programs while managing performance processes and capability building.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Design and maintain HR policies and benefits programs that comply with regulatory requirements. Support compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits implementation to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Regional Initiatives: Contribute to regional HR initiatives and organizational transformation projects that foster growth and innovation.

Requirements

To thrive in the HR Business Partner role, you will need a robust background in HR or Employee Experience (EX) Business Partnering, coupled with hands-on experience managing employee experience projects. Your passion for people, ability to leverage data-driven insights, and commitment to continuous improvement will be essential. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years in an HR Business Partner or Employee Experience role, ideally within a fast-paced, global environment. Experience in digital transformation or IT Managed Services is a strong plus.
  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex, multi-site employee engagement or transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Ability to interpret data from various employee experience touchpoints (such as surveys, performance metrics, and feedback loops) and translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of collaborating closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to build trust and influence decision-making. Strong communication skills to effectively advocate for employee experience priorities are essential.
  • Change Management Proficiency: Experience in successfully managing change initiatives within a dynamic business environment, particularly related to employee engagement and cultural transformation.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Proficiency with HR tech platforms, particularly Workday, and a willingness to explore automation and new digital solutions that can enhance the employee experience.
  • Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers to deepen their understanding of employee experience principles and implement strategies for improved outcomes.

If you are excited about driving employee experience initiatives within a collaborative and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you!
