Leverage appropriate attraction and sourcing methodologies and networks to devise and enable program solutions to workforce challenges. Ensure effective project plans are established, and provide regular reporting, tracking and visibility of progress.
Facilitate and support with effective workflow processes for recruitment and on boarding activities, driving great candidate and business experiences.Understand and support the business and candidates with delivering against the professional evidence requirements for teachers.
Develop and issue employment contracts.
Provide HR support to Business Areas including advice and expertise on people policies & procedures, position approval, appointment & on-boarding of new staff, probation management, variations for existing staff, general employment conditions (including relevant enterprise agreement conditions), tier 1 performance management guidance and the teaching quality standards.
Manage effective stakeholder relationships and engagements, build strong relationships with business areas to effectively advise and develop the capability of leaders through coaching.Identify and build programs or initiatives to deliver against key business gaps or opportunities. Ensure effective project plans are established, and provide regular reporting, tracking and visibility of progress.
Effectively identify and escalate complex staffing matters, such as complaints, grievances, WorkCover and OHS matters to the relevant specialist areas; support in the case management of matters as required.
Facilitate the effective integration of data into decision making, build and leverage people metrics, analysis and insights into conversations with key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively and closely with all PCS team colleagues working to the PCS Service Charter standards in delivery of services.
ABOUT YOUYou will have the following qualifications, skills & experience:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources.Substantive experience in the HR field.
Demonstrable current experience and capability in providing HR advice, support and services to varied clients in a complex environment.
Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outcomes in a timely way that meets business needs.
Understanding of contemporary and quality HR solutions and services across the employee life cycle such as recruitment, induction, performance management etc.
High level written and verbal communication skills including proven ability to provide quality client service, deal with conflict situations and provide effective advice across Chisholm.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a business partner model.
Proven skills in utilising MS Office applications, HR computing systems and using data to inform decision making.
Strong written skills and the ability to formulate and reformulate key employment documents (or something similar).
Capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities (or similar).
