• Ensure a premium customer journey from initial consultation to final fitting, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage stock levels of fabrics and accessories, ensuring optimal inventory to meet customer demands.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Develop and execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Ensure all store operations comply with health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications/Attributes:

• Must hold at least a Diploma of Business or higher, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of tailoring processes.
• Creative flair for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
