Client Payments Manager

Aon is looking for a Manager for our Client Payments Australia team within our Payment Operations team.

This role is key to driving improvement in our cashflow position, reducing days to pay for clients and increasing Premium Funding within a large client segment.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the team who supports these functions for Large Client segments.

The Opportunity

You lead a small team of Client Payment Specialists, whilst providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role is key to driving improvement to the cashflow position of the business as well as providing finance options for our large clients.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Providing Premium Funding support for large client segments
  • Ensuring all Large clients are followed up for payment as per current process
  • Regular Receivable Escalation meetings with Business leaders
  • Management of staff to coach and develop them to be their best
  • Accountability of team performance to reduce days to pay in large client space
