Looking for a strong CDP to work within a small and dynamic team
We are looking for a chef to fill a CDP role with an opportuinty to step into a junior sous chef role
Who we are
We are a small restaurant business with a house of brands under our belt including Anchovy, Jeow and Ca Com. Our brands focus on showcasing the qualities of South East Asian cuisine (particularly the Indochinese region of Vietnam and Laos). As a business, we have been known to serve delicious flavours and been on the forefront of innovating within Vietnamese cuisine in Melbourne.

2 to 3 years experience working in restaurants or similar environmentSkills in butchery, cooking on wood-grill or cooking on wok station
Skills in pastry will be looked upon favourably
Experience working in a small team
Comfortable with change
Someone who is keen to learn and take initiatives
You'll join with sharp knives and an interest in peninsula South East Asian cuisine
Experience in Asian and European kitchens
