AV Star Technologies is currently seeking a skilled and motivated ICT Support Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to the clients, ensuring smooth operation of their IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technology solutions to meet business objectives.You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting cutting-edge technologies that drive the success of the clients.
Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.
- Experience with data center operations, server maintenance, and cloud-based systems.
- Provide timely and effective technical support across all ICT systems, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Testing, identifying and diagnosing functionality errors and faults in systems, and programming code within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure systems perform to specification.
- Scheduling and conducting quality audit inspections, and analysing and reviewing systems, data and documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust ICT infrastructure, contributing to long-term strategic goals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, applications, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and software applications.
- Manage and maintain data center operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and implement IT solutions tailored to their needs.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in website development and maintenance, as well as e-Commerce platform support.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of IoT systems and enterprise applications.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Skills
You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes:- At least 2+ years' experience in IT Support
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Proven experience working to SLA's
- Should be able to work across with diverse teams
- Business orientation with strong IT background
- Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment against tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
