Systems Integration and Automation Specialist

Newly created role a Systems Integration and Automation Specialist for a global client based in the city.

You will be responsible for streamlining and integrating enterprise systems to reduce manual workloads and enhance operational efficiencies. This role focuses on leveraging integration tools, automation frameworks, and where applicable, AI-driven insights to align disconnected platforms, enable seamless data flow, and provide actionable outcomes.

You will also support the development of internal programming capacity by collaborating with various departments, empowering them to perform low-level data interrogation and reduce reliance on centralised data teams.

Skill set / experience needed -
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in systems integration or related roles
  • Experience with integration platforms and basic scripting knowledge
  • Experience working with Python
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to support self-service data access initiatives
  • The expertise to support the integration of various systems (e.g., Salesforce, Navigate, Slack, Google, Microsoft) to enable seamless data flow and improved interoperability
  • The ability to build and manage automated workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Leverage integration platforms and scripting to create scalable automation workflows that meet divisional and business needs
  • Design reusable automation templates and integration frameworks to enable self-service capabilities for various teams
  • Develop documentation and tools to simplify the use of integration and API-based platforms, reducing reliance on central data teams
  • Familiarity with advanced AI tools and their application in data analysis and integration - desirable
  • Certification in integration technologies or platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) - desirable
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, with experience implementing compliance measures - desirable

The working model is 3 days in office / 2 days from home.
