Job description
AI Talent is on the lookout for a Software Engineer to join our team. As Software Engineer you will design, develop, test, maintain and document program code in accordance with user requirements, and system and technical specifications.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications: Master’s degree in software engineeringExperience: Minimum 6 years of full-time experience working as a Software Engineer
Skills:
- Analyse system requirements and write technical documentation for company policies and user guides.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and highlight software limitations in order to provide recommendations on software purchase and upgrade.
- Implement the testing plan and quality standards for enterprise applications, debug existing source code, and polish feature sets.
- Coordinate with the Technical Director on current programming tasks and collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
- Create and document software tools that artists or other developers require and quickly produce well-organised, optimised, and documented source code.
- Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs.
- Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods.
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an application programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
- Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.
- Writing, updating and maintaining technical programs, end-user documentation and operational procedures.
- Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades.
Requirements:

- Continuously learn and improve skills.
- Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.
- Certified as TOSCA - Automation specialist L2
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excel in performing End to End Web/UI Testing
- Experience with ServiceNow technologies
- Proven problem-solving experience
- Certified as ServiceNow Administrator
- Previous experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with using Selenium Web drive for automation
