Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing contracts related to our window and door projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts for window and door projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor contract performance, including timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support for contract-related activities, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing industry (preferred but not required).
  • Qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
