Contract Administrator

Background

Onsite Safety Australia was established in 2009 and remains an independently owned business.

We specialise in the supply of Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Equipment, including uniform supply to business with a focus on major projects and infrastructure throughout Australia.

1. Drafting, revising, and administrating new and existing contracts
2. Arranging contracts with suppliers, customers or other external parties
3. Sourcing, reviewing, and revising documentation according to the needs of business operations
4. Liaising with external organisations regarding changes to contractual obligations
5. Integrating our team and resources to provide favourable commercial outcomes for new contracts
6. Resolving contract negotiations and disputes with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and favourable resolution of issues
7. Prepare reports and briefing materials for management on commercial matters
8. Updating contract management software, including new draft contracts

Requirements:

1. 1 year of work experience in contract administration
2. Bachelor’s degree in Law
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Great attention to detail
5. Strong written English communication

Annual salary: $73,150.00 - $80,000 + superannuation (38 hours of work per week)
