Construction Estimator

Total Insulation are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Construction Estimator to join their team in Coopers Plains QLD.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Preparing quotations/tender proposals for existing and new projects by studying plans and specifications·
- Evaluates offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes
- Pricing and quoting HVAC projects
- Site and tender meetings
- Completing material take-offs
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiating with suppliers and contractors
- Reporting to senior management
Skills and Abilities:
- Ideally have a minimum of three years of estimating experience in the construction field or relevant
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering, construction management or an equivalent degree/trade background
- Experience within Commercial HVAC systems preferred
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
