Sydney - Sales and Marketing Coordinator
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing advertising campaigns that align with our sales goals. You'll work closely with internal teams to create strategies that effectively reach our target audience, increase brand visibility, and showcase the strengths of our products and services, all while addressing our clients' needs
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and organise marketing campaigns in alignment with sales goals.Manage advertising strategies and campaigns in-house to effectively reach target audiences, drive consumer engagement, and highlight key product and service benefits in alignment with business demands and sales goals.
Analyse consumer data and preferences based on internal data from our CRM system.
Innovate and implement new advertising techniques and strategies, incorporating cutting-edge tools and platforms
Oversee the creation and execution of digital ad campaigns, with an emphasis on optimizing performance metrics, ensuring high ROI, and achieving KPIs such as lead generation and sales growth.Collaborate with internal departments to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives and sales goals, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing visibility.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication - Specialising in AdvertisingKnowledge and experience managing campaigns and automations on Go High Level software.
Knowledge and experience in Builder Trend Software, to create tailored project proposals, aiming client engagement
Over 4 years of experience in the advertising industry and strong knowledge of advertising agency processes.
Experience in client management and marketing campaign management
Experience in managing SEO, Social Media, and Google Ads campaigns.
Experience in marketing in the construction industry
