We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team and provide insightful financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with financial modelling, and the ability to interpret complex data to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyse financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial performance, variances, and key metrics.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and assess financial risks, opportunities, and market trends that impact business performance.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other departments to improve financial efficiency and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Utilise financial software and tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems) to streamline reporting and analysis.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other financial regulations (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., banking, technology, healthcare, retail) is a plus.
  • Understanding of SQL or data visualisation tools is an advantage.
