About the Opportunity
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead Bell Asset Management’s marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth through innovative and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for all facets of marketing, including corporate marketing, public relations, digital marketing, and content creation.As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will shape the company’s brand identity, strengthen its market presence, and support overall business objectives. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that elevate the company’s brand, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
The relationship you have with your key external and internal stakeholders will determine your ability to succeed in this position. In addition to this core purpose of the role, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a marketing and digital strategy that enhances the firm’s brand visibility, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth by leveraging innovative digital tools and data-driven insights.
- Leads the PR activities to promote brand awareness, ensuring regular reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Lead the continuous maintenance and improvement of the corporate website, focusing on content strategy, user experience, and performance analytics.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and social media platforms.
- Research and maintain a comprehensive calendar of industry events, awards, and initiatives, strategically positioning the company for maximum exposure and engagement.
- Lead the development and refinement of marketing and customer experience processes to align with the overall business strategy.
- Partner closely with the Distribution teams to achieve sales targets, providing them with the resources, content, and events needed to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have the above qualities whilst also demonstrating the below:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven related experience preferably within the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of a variety of marketing channels and strategies.
- Knowledge of funds management and adviser distribution channel is beneficial however not a requirement.
- Excellent clear communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software)
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
