High N' Dry is a high-volume licensed restaurant specialising in American style burgers and fried chicken.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and service of all menu items in the designated area of the Kitchen and for the maintenance of equipment and work area.
  • Planning and organising, preparation and cooking of food
  • Planning menus
  • Costings
  • Ordering
  • Training and supervision of other kitchen staff
  • Quality control
  • Food Safety and hygiene Control
  • MINIMUM 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate

We currently have 2 CDP roles available, one of which is heading up the newly established catering arm of the operation. Specific catering experience, in addition to the above, required for this role.

Shift:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Evening shift
  • Rotating roster
Work Days:
  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
