Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Full-time Permanent or Part-time (0.8 FTE)
Location: Melbourne CBD (3-4 days in-office for full-time; 1-2 days for part-time)

Industry Experience Required: Energy / Utilities (renewables/clean energy, retail / wholesale, engineering / infrastructure, technology & data)

As an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) service provider, we're inviting expressions of interest from experienced talent acquisition professionals to support a prospective client engagement.

We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across diverse business units-including Engineering, Technology, and Commercial. Based in Melbourne CBD, this role requires a strong onsite presence and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on hiring outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and offers
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple channels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and team dynamics
  • Provide expert guidance on inclusive and efficient hiring practices
  • Use recruitment metrics to identify and drive process improvements
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience
