We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in growing brand awareness, driving sales, and creating marketing strategies that align with our evolving portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all Aspire Hospitality Group venues and digital platforms (Zinga, Alby Marketplace, Goldroom).
Lead and manage the sales pipeline to drive revenue through both traditional and digital channels, focusing on B2B sales, events, catering, and online marketplace.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, email, etc.) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Oversee the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, social media content, newsletters, etc.) to support all brands and initiatives.
Manage advertising and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data, adjusting campaigns and strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborate with venue managers, digital teams, and senior leadership to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
What We're Looking ForProven experience in sales and marketing management within hospitality, retail, or digital platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience in brand development and creating integrated marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Proficiency with CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Experience managing a team or collaborating with cross-functional teams.
