Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products You must possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.Sous Chef, Chef de Partie & Commis Chef positions available.The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in an a la carte environment Mediterranean cuisine knowledge is highly regarded Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills Understanding of food safety standards Full-time availability.
