Beauty Salon Manager
LASH LAB AND CO PTY LTD Sydney
We are a small growing business in Gosford focusing on clients satisfaction and high quality treatments and we are looking for a salon manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work and ready to make an impact in a growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Oversee and manage the operations of the lash barProvide high-quality lash and brow services, including lash extensions and tinting
Train and supervise lash technicians, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards
Consult with clients to determine their needs and recommend suitable lash treatments
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for clients and staff
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Handle customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing staff schedules
You will be working closely with [lash technicians and cosmetic tattooist],
contributing to the success of our team.
Skills and Experience Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 years of experience in a similar role (or relevant industry experience)
- Strong skills in [relevant tools, systems, or technical abilities]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or priorities
