About the Position
The Hairdresser position at Mynk Hair Salon is a full-time role for a skilled and passionate professional eager to contribute to a dynamic team. The role involves providing high-quality hairdressing services, engaging with clients to meet their styling needs, and maintaining the salon’s reputation for excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments.
Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable services.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Assist with salon operations, including booking appointments and managing inventory.
RequirementsAustralian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications: Minimum AQF Certificate III in Hairdressing or relevant field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Hairdresser or in a relevant field.
Proficiency in hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Knowledge of professional haircare products and their applications.
Attention to detail and a creative flair for styling.
