We have a position available for a Contract Administrator who is experienced and can perform the role below.

CORPORATE PROFILE

Our company are movers and packers, residential and commercial both local and long distance, ensuring that packing and moving are amongst the best services in Australia. We offer services including house shifting, office relocation, domestic and interstate relocation and long-term storage.

$7,000 per month.

THE ROLE
  1. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts
Contract Administrators often assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts to ensure that they are legally sound and aligned with the organization's goals.
They ensure that the terms, conditions, and clauses in the contracts are clear, fair, and enforceable.
  1. Managing Contract Lifecycle
They are responsible for overseeing the contract from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deadlines are met, obligations are fulfilled, and compliance is maintained.
They may oversee renewals, modifications, or terminations of contracts as required.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management
Ensuring that the terms of the contract comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
They work to mitigate risks by identifying potential issues and addressing them proactively.
  1. Communication Between Parties
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and external parties, such as clients, suppliers, or contractors.
They ensure all parties involved are on the same page and resolve any disputes or ambiguities.
  1. Monitoring Performance
Track performance against contractual obligations, such as timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and payment terms.
Ensure that all terms are met and take necessary actions if any issues arise.
  1. Documentation and Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, amendments, communications, and documentation related to each contract.
They ensure that all documents are filed properly for easy access and reference.
  1. Negotiation
In some cases, the Contract Administrator may play a role in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers, vendors, or clients.
  1. Problem Resolution
Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the contract’s execution, whether related to terms, performance, or payment.
  1. Ensuring Payments and Invoicing
Ensure that payments are made according to the terms of the contract and that any invoicing or billing is handled correctly and on time.
  1. Reporting
Provide regular reports on the status of contracts, including any potential risks, delays, or issues that may need management's attention.
  1. New Clients

Negotiating and bringing in new clients.
