Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for clients using Key Pay payroll software.
- Preparing and lodging Payroll Tax, Workers' Compensation enrolments and renewals, and Superannuation.
- Handling new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments.
- Maintaining accurate payroll system data.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and addressing employee queries.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant awards and legislation.
Requirements:
- Experience with a bigger payroll system and intermediate Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end payroll process from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
