Account Manager (Also known as Business Manager)

The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day running and processing of creative advertising accounts, while developing strategic thinking and an understanding of broader business skills. The Account Manager develops trusting client/agency relationships by efficiently meeting day-to-day client needs.
The Account Manager will drive a large number of projects across strategy, creative, design and production teams, and keep the rest of the agency and client team advised of the progress being made. The Account Manager thinks strategically and owns all tactical briefs, along with being able to evaluate creative solutions and help to sell the work.
This role manages creative campaigns and projects, keeping them on track internally and stakeholders informed, utilising agency resources appropriately and efficiently. The Account Manager demonstrates financial acumen and contributes to monthly financial processing, including management of including estimates, purchase orders and JDRs.

Importantly the Account Manager has an understanding the Agency’s integrated creative offering and builds a deep understanding of all aspects of communication development and production.

Salary: $85k - 90K package

Senior Account Manager (Also known as Senior Business Manager)

The Senior Account Manager supports the senior account service team members in the day to day running of the creative advertising client accounts. They are responsible for all aspects of project management, day-to-day communication (internally, with third party providers and the client), and facilitate the Agency’s strategic and creative processes.
The Senior Account Manager develops trusting client/agency relationships by efficiently meeting day-to-day client needs and developing an in-depth knowledge of the clients’ business/industry, sharing insights and new information with the client.
The Senior Account Manager coordinates client meetings, assembles presentation materials - utilizing agency resources appropriately and efficiently, and works closely with the strategy team through creative and production process to ensure the strategy is upheld.

The Senior Account Manager will drive a large number of projects across strategy, creative, design and production teams, and keep the rest of the agency and client team advised of the progress being made. Additionally, they will deliver the target level of profitability for the jobs managed and have a strong financial acumen – being aware of their contribution to bigger-picture agency profitability.

Salary : $85k-100k Package

All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
