Job Title: ICT Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced ICT Account Manager to join our team. ICT Account Managers manage sales of computer hardware, software, and services to existing account clients. They identify further sales opportunities, build new client accounts, manage customer satisfaction and retention, and coordinate the preparation and presentation of ICT sales proposals and tenders.

• Manage sales of computer hardware, software, and services to existing clients while identifying new opportunities and building new accounts.
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction, provide technical consultation, and assist with business planning.
• Develop and present tailored proposals, simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Coordinate sales proposals, renew service contracts, and promote new products.
• Maintain client databases and deliver regular sales reports.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive positioning.

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT or Accounting.
• Strong technical background in IT Help Desk, Solution Design, or IT Account Management.
• Proficiency in configuring and quoting hardware, software, and services.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and build client-focused solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Fortinet, Cisco, and Managed IT Services.
• Proven track record in client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering presentations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Australian Residency, valid Driver’s License, and fluency in English.

• ICT or related qualifications preferred
