Pre-sales Salesforce Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-sales Salesforce Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
Requirements- Prior experience as a Pre-sales Consultant, preferably with a focus on Salesforce solutions
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its various features and functionalities
- Ability to understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate Salesforce solutions
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations and conducting proof of concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, are a plus
