Accounts Receivable officer | South Sydney
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer for a temporary contract role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with AR experience who is available immediately and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer payments and handling receipting.
- Managing and allocating incoming payments.
- Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Liaising with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (experience with [Insert relevant software] is a plus).
