As their operations expand, they seek an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their Australian team.
The Role
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing sales and marketing plans and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the company. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be in charge of conducting market analysis, segmentation, and positioning, and will be developing communication strategies, and implementing various marketing programs across the company and the various divisions, and also Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
This is a full time role with an annual salary of $73,500 - 75,000 including superannuation and will be based in Wollert, VIC.
Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:
Study competition, conduct benchmark analysis, and identify market trends, focusing on property prices, buyer behaviour, and emerging locations. A solid understanding of market segmentation, targeting, and positioning is required.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including market analysis, marketing strategies, planning, and budgeting for the promotion of real estate projects and services.
Design advertising strategies and media plans to promote properties, using online platforms, print media, and outdoor advertising.
Develop a variety of marketing materials, such as brochures, virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and property descriptions, to showcase properties effectively.
Ensure the corporate identity and branding are consistently applied across all offices, property listings, and marketing materials.
Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns, leveraging online marketing, real estate portals, social media platforms, and local networking events.
Develop and implement comprehensive advertising, public relations, sales, and marketing strategies to drive interest in properties and the company’s services.
Lead the creation of innovative campaigns to market new real estate developments, premium listings, or property management services.
Generate and maintain relationships with relocation services, foreign investors, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Implement all property sales activities and maximize business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts.
Coordinate and manage sales operations by defining property offerings, and setting customer service standards.
Oversee distribution channels and marketing strategies by managing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and property listing platforms.
Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to achieve and exceed property sales targets.
Manage public relations, open house events, property expos, and sponsorships to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility in the real estate market.
Establish and maintain a robust client database to track high-value customers, corporate accounts, and property investors, ensuring effective account management.
Define pricing strategies for properties and establish credit or financing options by collaborating with mortgage providers and financial institutions.
Requirements
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a marketing or business-related discipline
At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the real estate industry in a managerial capacity
At least 2 years of track record of achieving sales targets, experience with B2C sales strategies, and an understanding of sales cycles and processes
At least 2 years of experience with digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
At least 2 years of proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track customer interactions, sales processes, and forecast sales.
Proven experience in engaging, influencing, negotiating and collaborating with a range of business stakeholders
