About The Role

Exciting opportunities are available for casual positions at Monarto Safari Resort. We’re seeking experienced, energetic, and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Guest Service team, delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable first and last impressions for our guests.

We are seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, who are passionate and proud of the service they deliver and consistently willing to go above and beyond for our guests.

About You

Candidates with demonstrated experience delivering high-quality guest service in a front-of-house hospitality or hotel environment will be highly regarded. This is your opportunity to be part of a business with a passionate focus on continuous improvement and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting them with check-in and concierge services
Hosting and providing guest experience support in terms of tours
Host and provide guest service at the Monarto Safari Resort
Administrative duties and guest bookings support
Other duties as requested
