Established in Tel Aviv in 2011, Miznon has expanded globally, with locations in Paris, Vienna, Melbourne and New York City. Salary offered is $73,150 pa plus super.

• Diploma in Hospitality Management
• At least 2 years of full-time experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen

• Assisting in the planning of menus and determining of food quantities and costs
• Preparing and cooking food according to recipes or personal judgement and experience
• Monitoring food quality and presentation
• Managing and training Cooks and Kitchenhands in food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring it meets daily production needs
• Collaborating with management to develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
• Coordinating with front of house staff to ensure efficient food service
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
