About the role: This is an amazing opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie at Lagotto, you will be respsonsible for your own section, ordering, stock & quality control, presentation of dishes as well as the supervisory of more junior team members.You will be working alongside a team of passionate and experienced chefs, and will be able to play a key role in the development of menus and processes.
The ideal candidate should have:- 2 years experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a similar restaurant
- A positive, respectful attitude
- Effective communication and delegation skills
- A desire to progress
- Strong work ethic and passion for exceptional food
