About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. Assist senior chefs with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, utilising your skills & experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your section and team operates to optimum efficiency by planning, organising, supporting and coaching the team to Lucas Restaurants’ standards. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional.

Ideal Candidate Must Have: Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a-la-carte restaurant Knowledge in and experience with Italian cuisine is advantageous Exceptional communication and immaculate presentation Ability to build and maintain effective relationships Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team Demonstrate positive attitude and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance Experience in effectively maintaining and managing set ups, changeovers, closedown, and handover to standard Knowledge and ability to use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items Excellent attention to detail Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods Calm and composed demeanour Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
