Our Endpoint Engineers are responsible for building our clients' Windows and Apple endpoint deployments, mostly through Modern Deployment methods such as MEM/Intune AutoPilot and JAMF, through to older methods such as SCCM and MDT. They use their skills to create policies, configurations, push applications and focus on helping customers align with security frameworks such as the Essential 8.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Managing Application deployment via multiple methods
  • Customising devices - SOEs, Modern Deployment
  • Building and managing policies, both for enforcing settings as well as application deployments
  • Helping translate customer requirements into design and rolling into technical configurations
  • Handle escalations from more junior team members, and to give technical advice
  • Modern Desktop deployments via AutoPilot and InTune
  • Complete documentation to ensure knowledge transfer

What You'll Bring:

  • Intermediate level of Intune experience
  • Application packaging and PowerShell scripting experience
  • M365 licensing experience/understanding of constraints
  • NDES and SCEP experience
  • SOE customisation
  • Azure AD connect experience
  • Understanding of Kerberos and E8
  • High level of knowledge for the Windows OS and related policies
  • Experience rolling out devices using Autopilot

Considered favourably:

  • An understanding of ITIL processes
  • Ability to write great documentation
  • Experience with Essential 8 or any other security framework
  • Experience with JAMF
  • Any certifications or training on InTune, SCCM, Windows, JAMF etc
