Technical Risk Specialist - GRC Implementation expert
Our prestigious client, a leader in their field, is seeking a Technical Risk Specialist for a game-changing project involving large-scale risk transformation, change management, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead as a Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to expert in the GRC domain, offering invaluable insights on best practices, regulatory standards, and organizational benchmarks to ensure a successful GRC solution implementation.
- Shape the GRC Solution: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define key requirements, assist in the design, and contribute to the configuration of the GRC solution. Your expertise will be key in guiding testing phases to ensure flawless execution.
- Design Data Structures & Hierarchies: Work with key business units to capture and define vital GRC data structures. Help translate them into the new system, ensuring a seamless integration.
- Preparation for Migration: Lead efforts to uplift the organization's existing registers, controls, and data. Provide support to teams for a smooth transition to the new solution, ensuring all stakeholders are fully prepared for cutover.
- Change Management Leadership: Partner with the Project Change Manager to create and implement change management plans, ensuring successful adoption and user acceptance of the new GRC solution across the organization.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring complex technical details are communicated clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate for Documentation Excellence: In partnership with the GRC Vendor Implementation Team and other stakeholders, create and maintain essential documentation, including technical specifications, risk assessments, and user guides.
- Elevate Reporting Standards: Work with reporting teams to migrate existing reports and create new, insightful reports, dashboards, and real-time data views that will be essential in the new GRC solution.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Technology Risk and GRC Implementation.

- Experience with GRC solutions and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
