Job Description
Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for managing the timely delivery of financial performance reporting and analysis for the business. The role is responsible for leading financial controllership, budgeting and forecasting and payroll area's. Other key responsibilities will include the following:
- Preparing the financial reports for the Australian operations, monthly accounts & costing analysis, and the provision of management reports to various business departments and teams enabling them to effectively manage their departmental budgets.
- Ensuring all financial and management reporting is completed in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Ensuring that all reports are delivered to stakeholders by due dates, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis and Cash flow reports.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of finance activities across the company to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

The Successful Applicant
You will be CA/CPA qualified and should be an existing experienced Group Finance Manager or Financial Controller with a passion for driving process improvement and automation. You will have a strong track record of leading and developing teams and a passion for providing business partnering to the operational leaders.
