Are you a skilled chef with a passion for creating delicious Italian Cuisine in a fast-paced environment? Antico Woodfired Pizza is looking for a Full Time Chef (at least 38 hours per week) to join our team in Narellan, NSW.

• Planning and creating menus
• Managing kitchen staff
• Scheduling the work of cooks, and other kitchen employees
• Hiring, training, and supervising the kitchen staff
• Monitoring quality of dishes at all the stages of preparation and presentation
• Cost controlling, keeping within the budget when ordering food stock
• Managing and ordering of stock and implementing proper system management;

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Expertise in hand-stretching dough and cooking in a woodfired oven
• A commitment to impeccable presentation and hygiene standards at all times
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability is a must – we’re busiest on weekends and need you to be there!
• Australian Resident or must have working rights in Australia
• Ability to commute or relocate to Narellan 2567, NSW before starting work
