A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in a HR role within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations and employment law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
