The successful candidate will be:
- Trade Qualified
- Prior experience and knowledge of A la Carte, Buffet and outdoor catering styles.
- Talented and creative
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Team Players
- True desire to succeed in this profession.
- Previous 5 Star Experience in a larger kitchen brigade is highly regarded
- The ability to work rotating shifts across 7 days.
Experience within a 4-5 Star Hotel is essential.
