Retail Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and contribute to our continuing success.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation per annum

• Develop and implement strategies for product selection, inventory management, and service excellence to optimize store performance.
• Formulate innovative marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract a broader customer base.
• Spearhead promotional activities and advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand’s identity and values.
• Deliver superior customer service, advising customers on product benefits and usage to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of stock, financial transactions, and budget allocations to ensure store efficiency and profitability.
• Lead by example in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure all store operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations to provide a safe shopping and working environment.

• AQF bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of management experience in a retail environment.
