Job Responsibilities :
- Determines product mix, stock levels and service standards according to the company guidelines
- Formulates and implements purchasing and marketing policies, and sets prices
- Promotes and advertises the establishment's goods and services
- Sells goods and services to customers and advises them on product use
- Maintains records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertakes budgeting for the establishment
- Controls selection, training and supervision of staff
- Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Skills and Experience :
- Minimum 2 + years work experience as a Retail manager or similar role
- Great customer service experience as a manager
- Strong leadership skills and motivation to lead a young team through goal-setting
- Acute financial management skills
Salary: $75,000-$80,000 /year + super
