Become a key player in the marketing team as a Retail Marketing Specialist, your mission will be to develop and implement engaging onsite campaigns that drive business growth and connect with millions of Aussie shoppers.

What you'll do:

• Lead and execute weekly promotion, acquisition, and retention campaigns to fuel business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative/brand, social media, email, digital marketing, merchandisers, Product, UX, analysts, and legal to deliver impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Deliver on business goals through leading on focus categories incentive plans.
• Generate standardised reporting for all campaigns to track performance, report on critical metrics, and recommend next steps.
• Drive innovation and engagement in the company’s promotion playbook.
• Develop and implement engaging onsite campaigns that drive business growth and connect with millions of shoppers.

What you bring:

• Strong marketing background with experience in digital marketing channels.
• Retail or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Agile and thrives under pressure; adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
