Join Amazon as an Email Marketing Specialist and play a crucial role in enhancing our Selling Partners' success through strategic email campaigns.

Amazon is seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed Email Marketing Specialist to support campaign strategy and execution. In this role, you'll manage ad-hoc email campaigns, including automated flows and promotional emails, while maintaining a strong foundation in e-commerce best practices.

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in educating and empowering our Selling Partners by providing essential information about new products, programs, and tools vital for their success on Amazon. You'll collaborate closely with the Selling Partner Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to align on our Selling Partners' needs and overall communication strategy.

To deliver in this role, you'll leverage Figma, Canva, basic HTML, and Salesforce Pardot.

We're seeking an innovative problem-solver who excels at managing multiple marketing initiatives and solving complex problems. You'll drive program adoption through data-driven decision making, analyzing campaign performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize communication strategies.

Your ability to balance technical challenges with strategic thinking will be key to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage email marketing campaigns in partnership with the Selling Partner Marketing Manager and key stakeholders. This includes gathering of requirements, design and development, testing, launch, and reporting.
  • Build email programs and execute educational campaigns that drive awareness, adoption and engagement with for multiple programs.
  • Analyse, report on, and optimise against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue impact, and engagement.
  • Recommend and implement A/B testing to continually improve performance.
  • Contribute to an annual communications plan to align on key growth areas, maintain a project schedule, and make it visible to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with international teams to align on marketing strategies and communication timing.
  • Gain subject matter expertise in customer pain points and deliver proactive solutions.
  • Track email best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
  • Design creative assets (banners, icons) and external facing comms material (PDF guides, banners, icons) using both internal and external tools to support marketing campaigns.

Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging tools like Figma, Canva, and Salesforce Pardot to design compelling creative assets.

You'll troubleshoot technical challenges, solve complex problems, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver proactive solutions.

Together, we aim to enhance the Selling Partner experience and contribute to the overall success of Amazon's ecosystem.- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Excel & SQL queries- Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress, Drupla, Joomla, etc.)
  • Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
  • Knowledge of analytic tools
  • Basic graphic designs skills (e.g. Adobe, Figma, Canva)
