Full-Time Marketing Specialist

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation

AGA Pty Ltd is a well-established, service-based company delivering integrated and specialist services across South Western Sydney since 1991. Our core services include facilities management, security, cleaning, asset management, and a range of soft and hard services tailored to client needs.

Due to sustained business growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued expansion of our company by promoting our service offerings across various markets.

• Plan, develop, and implement advertising strategies and marketing campaigns to support our service portfolio and business growth objectives.
• Provide strategic marketing advice to senior management and clients, ensuring campaigns effectively target the desired market segments.
• Manage the creation and execution of marketing collateral including copywriting, visual content, media scripting, and advertising materials.
• Analyse market data to identify consumer behaviour trends, evaluate customer preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Conduct research to explore market demand and growth opportunities for existing and new services.
• Develop and oversee the execution of marketing objectives, programs, and policies that reinforce the company’s brand positioning.
• Advise on marketing mix elements such as pricing, promotions, advertising channels, and product/service offerings.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a service-based industry.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient understanding of service marketing, particularly in sectors such as cleaning, security, and facilities management (preferred).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Sydney and surrounding areas.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences and promote service excellence.
