Accounts Payable Officer
The Company
Our client is an industry leader who is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team based in North Sydney. This role will be on temporary to permanent assisting to process invoices and payment runs. We are looking for someone with end-to-end accounts payable experience, who can start immediately.
The Role- Processing timely and accurate approved invoices for payments to vendors and employees
- Full function Accounts Payable duties
- Bank reconciliations of trading bank accounts
- High focus on invoicing
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records
- Clarifying any questionable invoice items, responding to invoice/payment queries from other stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties
- Experience with end-to-end accounts payable
- Large ERP System experience would be highly beneficial
- Can start immediately
