Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Route calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Provide accurate information to callers and address inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of call interactions and transactions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as required.
• Ensure a positive and courteous experience for all callers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a call center or phone-based role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
